We at Papula-Nevinpat are experts in IP protection with over 40 years experience, including a strong history of close to 30 years in Russia and Eurasia. We were the first foreign IP company in Russia and continue to be one of the biggest foreign IP operator there.

Patent attorneys and patent specialists monitor the latest trends in technology, combining independent working skills with teamwork and customer service. To help our clients to protect their inventions in Russia and the Eurasian region we are now seeking a patent specialist or patent attorney trainee for a permanent position in our chemistry and process technology team in our Helsinki office. Accordingly, earlier experience with patents is not required.

Regardless of your experience, readiness for continuous learning is a prerequisite, and interest in law, language and customer service are excellent additions to a successful career as a patent specialist or patent attorney.

We require a master’s degree in chemistry or process technology, for example organic chemistry (pharmaceuticals) or biotechnology. Further, you should have excellent English skills (especially written) and be fluent in Russian. Finnish language skills as well as previous experience or knowledge in patent matters are an advantage.
