AKULENKO ELENA
Elena Akulenko is a patent attorney in our Chemistry and Process Technology team.
Elena started her IPR career in 2008 as a patent and license engineer in a manufacturing company in Saint Petersburg. She was actively involved in the company’s internationalization in the US and the CIS countries, supporting its IP strategy development and protection. In 2012 she moved on to IP consulting and worked as a patent attorney in top tier IP firms in Russia and Finland, improving her expertise in formulating and implementing strategic patent management plans to maximize her customer companies’ IP protection.
Elena has gained broad experience in patent landscaping and IP business intelligence since 2014, when she successfully passed extended patent research training at Thomson Innovation in London.
At Papula-Nevinpat, Elena prosecutes chemistry applications and conducts patent searches. Having a solid background in IP protection in Russia and the Eurasian region, she supports our services providing comprehensive consultancy to our clients.
