HELINO TIMO

Timo Helino has retired and works as a Senior Counsel at Papula-Nevinpat.

Timo first started his intellectual property career in 1984 when he was hired as a patent specialist at Papula-Nevinpat. Timo has more than 25 years of experience in identifying inventions and drafting and prosecuting patent, utility model and design applications. He counsels clients on creating and developing their industrial property rights strategies. Timo has also successfully represented our Finnish clients in opposition and appeal processes as well as in litigation proceedings  at different levels at Court.
