KAPANEN ANNA

Anna Kapanen is main user of the IP management system at Papula-Nevinpat. She introduces our new employees to the system, provides help desk support and communicates with the software provider.

Anna also participates in process development and testing of the system. In addition, she is in charge of internal communications concerning the system.

Before moving to her current position (5/2012), Anna worked as our translator coordinator. Anna has been working at Papula-Nevinpat since 2006.
