NORRGÅRD LINDA

Linda Norrgård is a member of Papula-Nevinpat’s Management Team. She is responsible for our customer management and customer experience operations as well as managing our Eurasian Patent Department. She is also a partner in the company.

Linda started working in the IP field in 2008 and joined Papula-Nevinpat in 2019. She has spent most of her career in various Finnish patent agencies working as a patent attorney, but also has experience from the industrial sector working as a patent engineer in corporate IP teams. She has prosecuted a wide range of inventions, with a special focus on polymer technology, pharmaceutical chemistry, metallurgy and minerals processing as well as process and food technology.

She has gained solid experience in all stages of IP prosecution and defending IP rights. She also has extensive experience in dispute management, including opposition and appeal proceedings in Finland and before the European Patent Office. In addition, she has completed a traineeship at the European Patent Office in 2011. Linda also has long-term experience in working with startup companies, advising startup entrepreneurs on IP protection. She has been a frequent speaker at various startup events and training programs. Her experience with startups has given her a good sense of perspective on the challenges new businesses are facing in IP issues.

Linda actively participates in various international conferences, keeping up our international network of contacts. Through these events, she also keeps up with the latest developments and trends in the IP sector on a global scale.
