POLIKARPOV ALEXANDER V.

Alexander Polikarpov is a Eurasian Patent Attorney. He has been working with patents since 1965, including drafting Russian (Soviet) and foreign applications, appealing against decisions of the Patent Office and defending and canceling patents.

He participates in international conferences, including AIPPI and INTA. Together with other specialists at Papula-Nevinpat, Alexander has published several articles in international magazines about Russian patent issues.

Alexander is a partner at Nevinpat, St. Petersburg. Alexander has been working at Papula-Nevinpat since 1991.
