Nataliya is an advocate, Russian patent and trademark attorney and Senior Counsel at Papula-Nevinpat.

From 1974 to 1993 Nataliya worked as an examiner at the Russian Patent Office, department of theory and practice of IP protection, conducting examination of the patent applications, participating in the development of rules and guidelines, and representing the Patent Office before Courts.

In 1998 she became the Deputy Head of the Supreme Patent Chamber of the Russian Patent Office.

From 2001 to 2011 she worked as an arbitration assessor of the Moscow Arbitration Court, considering IP disputes.

Since 2011 Nataliya has been supporting Papula-Nevinpat’s Legal Team Russia as a Senior Counsel.

Nataliya’s experience includes drafting and prosecuting patent, utility model and design applications, and she also has diverse experience in trademark matters in Russia. She has successfully represented clients in opposition and appeal processes as well as in litigation proceedings at Russian Arbitration and IP Courts.
