Ensto is a family business that has grown into an international cleantech company specializing in the development, manufacture and marketing of electrical systems and supplies for the distribution of electrical power as well as electrical applications.
Ensto teamed up with Papula-Nevinpat at the end of 2011 when the company put all of their IP management up for tender. They wanted to find one partner who could manage all of their IP issues from patents and registered designs to trademarks and other IP projects.
Papula-Nevinpat stood out from the other candidates not just for its broad competence and competitive prices, but above all for its people, who it was felt were a good fit for the Ensto way of working. The original Ensto and Papula-Nevinpat teams, set up at the outset of cooperation, still work closely together, which is testimony to this good cultural fit.
Cooperation is clear and straightforward
Ensto’s decision to work with Papula-Nevinpat as a sole IP partner handling all company cases has allowed then to meet all their original IP management goals as well as more actively control costs. Ensto has also added Papula-Nevinpat’s IP management tool to its own family of tools to support the ongoing cooperation, which is becoming more and more streamlined.
”According to results taken from our own internal satisfaction survey, Ensto is very happy with the competence and the service-minded attitude they get from Papula-Nevinpat. We value in particular the company’s readiness to respond in a clear and straightforward way. Another plus is that Papula-Nevinpat has personnel in countries such as Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan where Ensto is also active, and this helps keep our cooperation simple and streamlined.”
