Papula-Nevinpat ranked high in international survey of the Managing Intellectual Property magazine

Papula-Nevinpat has been ranked in the top tiers for patent and trademark prosecution in Finland and Russia, according to the MIP magazine world IP survey for 2010.

The survey, conducted for the 14th time, is the largest review rating businesses on the IPR market. It is conducted annually, covering 75 jurisdictions this year.

Significant changes to intellectual property compensation laws in Russia: Key updates and implications

As Federal Law No. 214-FZ on “compensation for IP infringement” was published on 8 July 2025, it introduced significant changes to the Russian Civil Code regarding the award of compensation for the infringement of intellectual property rights. The law will come into effect in January 2026.
