Stronger together: How we support Brand Action at Papula-Nevinpat

One of our core values at Papula-Nevinpat is Stronger Together. We believe that by working together, we can achieve more. That’s why we’ve chosen to support Brand Action and its inspiring initiatives.

What is Brand Action?

“Brand Action is a call for individuals and businesses across the global legal trademark community to rally together to support people under siege or in times of humanitarian crisis.”

How did our support begin?

First of all, I must say that the Brand Action team has done an excellent job spreading the word about their mission. Bravo! They are active on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram, and their amazing ambassadors help make them even more visible.

Our first interaction with Brand Action was at INTA 2023 in Singapore. We purchased tickets for a reception they organised and took part in an auction. After a very tight bidding battle, we won a painting by Oleksandra Syniakovska, a Ukrainian IP attorney. Our CEO, Markku Simmelvuo, then organised a lottery at the office, and one lucky employee won this beautiful painting.

Since 2023, we’ve participated in all Brand Action events held during INTA. At INTA 2024 and 2025, we were proud to be Bluebird Sponsors, making donations and joining a campaign to purchase ambulances and humanitarian aid for Ukraine and a 17-seater bus for schoolchildren in Benin, Africa.

Why does it matter?

Small actions can lead to significant changes. For us, it’s incredibly important to support those in need, especially within our IP community. Brand Action also collaborates with World Central Kitchen, an organisation that provides meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises.

Over the past year, WCK has delivered food in places such as Haiti, Guatemala, Turkey, Ukraine, Argentina, Myanmar, Mexico, and California, USA.
